Heart Chakra Green Goddess Nourish Bowl

This vibrant, nutrient-rich bowl is designed to balance and energize the Heart Chakra (Anahata), located in the center of the chest. Associated with love, compassion, and connection, the Heart Chakra resonates with the color green and thrives on leafy greens and plant-based, high-vibrational foods.

Ingredients

Toppings:

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced (healthy fats to support cellular health)
  • 1/2 cup steamed broccoli (supports detox and immune function)
  • 1/4 cup edamame or chickpeas (protein and heart-healthy fiber)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber (hydrating and cooling)
